Tina Guziec is a Buyer and Customer Experience executive and residential development leader with more than 25 years of experience shaping design-driven, lifestyle-focused communities across the United States. Known for delivering over 10,000 residential units spanning multifamily, condominium, townhome, and single-family developments, Tina has built her career at the intersection of development, design, and the evolving expectations of the modern homeowner.
Her work has transformed underutilized assets into high-performing residential environments in major markets including Chicago, San Francisco, Phoenix, and Miami. Throughout her career, she has led the full lifecycle of development—from site selection and entitlement through design, construction, and delivery—while consistently focusing on how design, product, and experience come together to create lasting value.
Today, Tina’s work is centered on redefining the residential buyer journey. She specializes in aligning development strategy, design programming, and customer experience to create more intuitive, engaging, and elevated homebuying processes. Her approach bridges operational execution with experiential design—ensuring that every touchpoint, from first interaction through final delivery, reflects the needs and expectations of today’s buyer.
A defining example of this work is her creation of a first-of-its-kind immersive Wellness Room—a fully operational, multisensory showroom environment featuring hydrotherapy tubs, saunas, and steam systems. Tina conceptualized, designed, and led the execution of this innovative space to transform how homeowners and trade professionals engage with residential products. By shifting from static displays to experiential interaction, the Wellness Room enhances customer confidence, simplifies complex decisions, and introduces a new model for buyer engagement in residential design.
Earlier in her career, Tina held leadership roles with prominent development firms including The Kachadurian Group and MCZ Development, where she directed large-scale project and design initiatives and contributed to portfolio growth and strategic positioning. She played a key role in two of the nation’s largest residential conversion projects, including the transformation of Chicago’s Fulton River District—where she helped define and market the neighborhood’s identity—and the redevelopment of the iconic Flamingo property on Biscayne Bay in Miami.
Tina’s leadership combines hands-on development expertise with a deep understanding of customer behavior, design strategy, and market positioning. She has led large, cross-functional teams of architects, designers, brokers, and consultants to deliver complex projects on time and on budget, while maintaining a clear focus on creating meaningful, lifestyle-driven residential experiences.
A graduate of Loyola University Chicago, Tina has been nominated for three Stevie Awards honoring Women in Business and is the author of Urban Loft: How Chicago Re-defined the Architecture, an exploration of the role loft living played in shaping Chicago’s architectural identity.
